Day 10 – The Eleventh Hour

The posts are getting later... but I'm not giving up on the #write31days challenge just yet!

Today was a day of being confined to the hospital room, but filled with visitors to pass the time. I left the room once to watch Henry get his EKG. I almost wish I hadn't because he really didn't enjoy that and neither did I. Otherwise, I spent the day staring at my baby boy and soaking in a beautiful day outside from all the natural light flowing into my room. It made for some really great lighting for a few photos. Henry better prepare mentally for the random photo shoots I'll put him through just like I did Ruth. It's going to be way worse now with two beautiful children to photograph!

Tomorrow we head home. That should be fun to see how Ruth reacts with Henry in her house that she will now need to share. Mack is going to love life with two babies to love. He's first up at bat for the late night feedings with me. We've done it before buddy, we can do it again!
